Spicy Roasted Pumpkin Seeds
Fall is in the air and so are pumpkin seeds!
I love this festive, “hot”, healthy, and naturally gluten free snack…
Ingredients
-2 cups Raw Pumpkin Seeds
-1 tbsp. Grapeseed or Coconut Oil
-2 tsp. Cayenne Pepper
-1 tsp. Black Pepper
(more or less spice to taste- this recipe is SPICY!)
Instructions
Preheat oven to 300.
Toss pumpkin seeds in a bowl with oil and spices. Mix until evenly coated.
Spread seeds evenly over a baking sheet.
Bake for about 45 minutes stirring seeds around on the sheet midway through.
